As the founder of ESG Collective, Olivia leads the social pillar of the organization. She specializes in social strategy consulting with a focus on the public sector, development projects, and labor market inclusion. Social cohesion, inclusivity, and employment opportunities have always been at the heart of Olivia’s values, inspiring her to act as an advisor and bridge to developing solutions across sectors. Her vision for ESG Collective draws on diverse and rich experiences working around the world in the public, private and aid sectors in strategy, policy, and initiative development.

She contributes to policy inputs, research, and strategic planning on areas including workforce development and access, education reform, country-specific barriers and challenges to employability, advocacy, and Islamic finance to fund humanitarian development. Additionally, Olivia has worked extensively in the private sector at companies including H&K Strategies, EY, and PwC on nation branding, youth engagement, sustainability campaigns, training and development, and public sector strategy consulting. She has also consulted for development actors on education in emergencies, education for underserved groups, female labor market inclusion, scaling innovation, and education to counter hate speech and intolerance. Olivia's social focus includes heading programs and partnerships at Code on the Road, a civil society organization offering EdTech solutions for labor market inclusion to women in refugee, vulnerable and remote contexts.
