Education is often cited as the most powerful tool to counter societal problems such as intolerance and xenophobia, but take a look at our recent work that highlights how widespread education and forging connections is a net positive in countering negative stereotypes but if we don't target the groups/individuals disseminating hate, we risk not getting addressing the real problem.​

In crafting social policies, we believe it is important to bring in the voices of all stakeholders and understand where policy and implementation can fragment.

Our research looks at how aid workers themselves perceive their own ability to conduct advocacy in contexts where policy is unclear or contradicting. Take a few minutes to consider the perceptions of humanitarian workers in France, Greece and Libya and their roles in migration response, navigating policy and staying true to their personal and organizational values. ​
